"Overall we had a good stay at the motel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. Most parts of the experience were smooth and enjoyable. The only major issue was the airport shuttle service. We paid $15 to book the 6am shuttle to the airport, but it never arrived. We waited until 6:30am with no communication or update from the motel. In the end, we had to book an Uber ourselves for a very similar price just to make our flight. What was most disappointing...

"It looks like it’s all newly refurbished and it’s very clean. Comfortable bed, high quality bedding, great shower, great kitchen…thoughtfully designed for colour scheme etc and modern. Laundry room where I could wash our clothes (travelling 5 months)…2 NZD for the washing machine/same for the dryer.
