"Staff fab. Room lovely. Loved balcony. Breakfast good. Could have done with extra toilet paper, they didnt add an extra roll when cleaning. Shower slightly grubby looking but was actually a fabolously powerfull shower. Maybe just needs a paint."

"Room was basic but clean and in a good location. Walls were very thin, the people in the room next door were so loud keeping us awake at all hours. They also decided to change all the door handles during the stay which we were not informed about at check in which was also very loud and continued late into the evening. "

"We arrived at the hotel and promptly got told that our room isn’t available due to the weather. There had been a thunderstorm as we landed, however why was it only our room that was affected?
We got moved to a different hotel. Disappointed as we obviously booked that hotel because we wanted to stay there."

"Found out the day before we were supposed to travel that the hotel is currently closed for construction. Hotel didn’t respond to messages or phone calls. Expedia were extremely unhelpful so we had to book an alternative hotel ourselves and hope we can get a refund after. We ended up staying in a hotel right across the road from Santa Maria and it is a building site. "
