"The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. This is a great hotel if you want close access to the university. It has a nice river view and the pantry with fair-priced snacks and laundry are nice amenities if you have children or are staying for several nights."

"The bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable. The pillows were small and lumpy. I can overlook most things as long as I get a good nights sleep, unfortunately this room didn’t provide that. In the room there was a belt, someone’s dry cleaning receipt with their info on it and you could see where someone taped balloons up on the wall. It wasn’t cleaned well."
