"I stayed at this hotel for 7nights 8days as we are Diamond Plus Members. I did not book through IGH and immediately regretted not doing so. The pool was not open all week. I could not get my room cleaned or fresh towels unless I threw them outside of my door and even then i had to request new towels ..."

"In a poor neighborhood with questionable guests. A/c wa not turned on yet for summer months and it was extremely hot in the room. Out in a work order to open my window however no one came. Stains on carpet Needed dusted. For stuck in elevator several times for a few minutes"
