"The Courtyard by Marriott sent an email canceling our reservation while we were in the air on the way to Boston. They said there was a water leak and they had to cancel reservations made through Expedia. Instead of helping us find another room, Marriott told us to call Expedia. Expedia put us on hold for more than an hour. The whole experience was terrible."
