"The Jotel is VERY nice and clean but the room I stayed in had a awful Mildew/Wet smell to it. I had to keep spraying my body spray. I stayed 2 nights and when I left and came back you could still smell the wet smell but the hotel rooms and bathroom is Nice and your downtown in walking distance to alot of stuff. The parking structure was very convenient because its attached to the hotel. I would have given 5 stars but the wet damp smell."

"Carpet had not been properly vacuumed. Bathroom toilet seat had urine drops on it Had trouble with the TV remote and called for help, but no one came. Beds were very comfortable. Towels were clean. Breakfast area was very clean and well kept."

"Our room was nice and spacious. Not a fan of the layout of the facility. Casino had many machines however it could have been maintained a little better. A lot of empty cups/trash laying around and dirty ash trays. Many chairs missing from machines. I didn’t see many people cleaning up or pushing in chairs."
