"Loved our stay at Eden Garden whilst visiting the cultural triangle. Room clean, comfortable and spacious. All of the staff were excellent. Helped us organise trips in the area (Polonnaruwa, Sigiriya and Eco-park safari) as well as onward transport to our next destination. Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner was served with a smile and tasted amazing. Highly recommend rice and curry (various choices), served with different vegetable side dishes and sambal. We didnt feel the need to dine anywhere...

"Selvi , Abi and Madhu deserve to be recognised for their amazing service from the time we arrived for our 4 night stay , the girls were always smiling always helpful, we loved the daily towel art in our very clean and cool air conditioned room , then we enjoy the lovely pool and then we were spoilt rotten every morning with the delicious traditional Sri Lanka breakfasts , we give this hotel 6 stars "

"Words cannot describe how incredible our stay here was. The entire property was spacious and the room was well maintained. There were plenty of amenities that enhanced our stay, such as usable bikes, pool, hot tubs, table tennis, etc. Employees were very amicable as well. Highly recommend. "

"Eighth Wonder was a unique and charming break from run of the mill resorts. What really makes it shine is the peacefulness of the property, you can hear the sounds of the town outside just melt away as you come in. The rooms have a hand crafted charm, and the staff was attentive, accommodating, and friendly."

"Great place to stay. Large spacious room and comfy large bed. Sana and his family are very welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast plus we were treated to a Sri Lankan breakfast too. Sana took us on a morning excursion where we were treated to all the local wildlife, which was such an unexpected surprise. Would highly recommend stating here. Thankyou all."

"Our stay at Sigiriya Rock Hide was amazing! Beautiful quiet location with a view of Sigiriya rock from the top level restaurant. The food was delicious and very generous, especially the breakfast. The rooms were comfortable with A/C and hot water (just took some time to warm up but was very nice). The pool was very nice amongst a lush garden and was very clean and the perfect temperature. "Great location for visiting sigiriya, but despite coming up as "Dambulla" on the map, it's about a 20 minute drive from there. Busses to Dambulla run from the end of the road and are quite regular. The rooms are basic but nice enough. Our room was not dirty but not spotlessly clean either. It had a private patio which was perfect for relaxing. The on site food is delicious - the best we've had in Sri Lanka. Breakfast was generous and was served outside in the garden. They can provide...

"Birdwing Sigiriya felt like a home away from home, thanks to Sajee’s infectious warmth and attention to detail 🏡. From the moment we arrived, she treated us like family—whether it was sharing stories over tea or surprising us with a stroll to discover the magical "Birdwing Stone," a tucked-away spot only locals know. Her genuine care (10/10 host vibes!) turned a simple stay into an adventure. The only tiny note? A mini fridge would’ve been handy for midnight snacks after those long days...
