"It was my second time staycation at this hotel where i booked 2 rooms for my family and the experience i had was awful. The ground workers were super friendly and adorable however, receptionist and owners behaviour was like if you want to stay then stay or go away. I did an online booking this time which was quite cheaper than paying at hotel, is that why they disagree to provide a shuttle service to the airport. "This place is perfectly adequate. You will have everything you need: how water, breakfast, etc. and it's in a really good location. In Thamel, but down a nice quiet street. One of the staff seemed annoyed with us when we were 10 mins late for breakfast, but he didn't start making it until we came down which also wasted time for us. So that that was the only hiccup during the stay."

"Amazing hotel and once I got my bearings and tackled the busy a Thamel streets, the hotel was excellent location. I loved my stay and the staff were helpful. The only thing I would take note of is the soundproofing of rooms - there isn’t much. I had a room overlooking the street the hotel is located on and got a free show from the pub opposite.
