"It's an old facility and in need of improvements. The elevator was slow and a bit spotty. The escalators were not operating part of the time. The AC in my room wasn't working as well as the AC in the hallways. The staff was polite and tried their best. Bottom line is for the rates they charge the hotel is not worth the expense."

"While I commend the hotel for its overall aesthetic appeal and cleanliness. I would like to address a few concerns.
The room was clean, however, I noticed some cereal crumbs on the floor, which diminished our overall impression of the room’s cleanliness.
More significantly, we found the breakfast offerings to be unsatisfactory, especially given the price we paid for the night. The quality and variety did not meet the expectations typically associated with a hotel of this caliber."

"The staff were very friendly and even helped to set me up with a Marriott account so I could use the WiFi without issues.
The hours for the attached Starbucks were very convenient as well as the tunnel to the convention center. It became invaluable as the weather was rainy/stormy during my stay."
