"I stayed here before on my own and wanted to do it again with the whole family but this second experience was awful. We paid a lot for a so-called 'luxurious executive suite' that didn't turn out to have any luxury apart from spacious rooms. General cleanliness of rooms and floors was an issue. But it got worse when a manager decided to have an argument with us over an old bed sheet with washable marker stains made by the kids (which got out after we dipped the sheet in plain water!). "Very convenient and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. Readiness of staff and management to assist guests and make their stay here comfortable. Also staff are respectful. They can work on getting an in house restaurant or dinner to make it easier for guests. But in all, my family and I had a great time here. 👍"
