"The Lum was a great experience. Lots of staff. 24 hour valet. Pool is beautiful and rooms are nice. Restaurant has limited hours but a nice assortment of food to choose from. The bar was nice as well, but not open very late. Highly recommend!"

"Very suitable hotel for the price. Very large hotel which can be dizzying trying to find your room. Fireworks show can be seen from the pool. Staff were helpful and accomadating. Front desk sometimes understaffed depending on hour of day."

"I tried to self-check in for our stay and avoid the long line but the system didn’t find my phone number. I had to get in line and they could not find my reservation, after almost an hour they said their system had a glitch when I reserved but they were able to give me the room paid for. Staff was very nice and helpful"

"My family was very limited with hotel options and we were pleasantly surprised with the staff friendliness and the amenities this hotel offered. Our room was nicely setup, the pool area was very well maintained, the food options were good (and priced reasonably) and, most of all, the walk to downtown Disneyland was great. This hotel is a good option for families."
