"Do not stay at this property. The photos are outdated and very misleading. Upon arrival, the building looked abandoned and unsettling. The room we were initially assigned was not safe or suitable for sleeping—there were many mosquitoes, and the bathroom was unsanitary.
We requested a room transfer and were asked to pay additional money. Even after transferring, the new room still had mosquitoes. Both my child and I ended up with numerous mosquito bites. The staff also required a deposit to...

"Such a wonderful stay! All the staff were very welcoming, polite & helpful. The room was spacious and clean with an air conditioner that worked well. The onsite restaurant called ASH was so delicious & such big portions. The food here was probably one of the best meals we ate during our visit to the Philippines. Thank you for such a great experience!"

"Very disappointing stay here. Hotel met our expectations, however this service level doesn’t match at all.
Our food order was wrong when order room service. They just drop the food without any confirmation. Our bathroom on the first day got clogged, and had someone come in to unclog it. This happened on the first day. On the last day they wanted us out at exactly 10 am. The room cleaners came at 945 am to tell us to get out. In all my stats, I have never experience this at any hotel. At 10 am...
