"Very nice rooms and convenient location near the train station. Nice breakfast at the hotel as well. Lobby could use some updating and cleaning. The area is convenient but not necessarily the nicest part of the city. A bit pricey for what it is overall. "

"No complaints, good service, nice room with a lovely view. The tv had all smart features disabled which was disappointing (as meant couldn’t watch Netflix ect even though was a smart tv), and there weren’t any recycling facilities, but otherwise no suggestions for improvement. "

"basically good but air conditioning inoperative with excuses about ambient temperature (the average daily maximum was around 75F and with the sun on the windows in the afternoon A/C was needed) the new control panel only operated to HEAT the room when the thermostat exceeded 80F! - for this reason I would not stay again from May to October- however gr8 brekky, not noisy despite having room on 1st floor looking on to street comfy bed and efficient shower. wonderful antique lift which worked...

"Roma were extremely clean, bed & bathroom where comfortable and water was hot. The AC on the room was not working, so I asked the staff and they politely offer a fan. Jacuzzi can be used but only when paying additional money."

"Room (4 beds) was big enough to spend even more than one night. Very tidy and in good condition. Breakfast was great and they offered a nice assortment of gluten free food for people with coeliac disease. Very kind staff. "

"Reception is modern, but rooms are old fashioned and tired looking…could do with a spruce up, e.g. flaking paint on bathroom ceiling, wonky shower doors, non working extraction fan."

"Everything was just perfect. The staff was friendly, very accomodating. The property was always kept clean. The breakfast variety was great, we had many choices to pick. The only down is that no basic toiletry was in the room, we needed to go and get shampoo and body wash. Other than that everything was great. Will recomend this hotel"

"T he staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. It was nice that the towels were on a heated rack but that made the bathroom and room warmer needed to be. Would have liked more towels: Only 1 large towel was actually absorbent and the others were 2 linen cloth type hand towels that were not."
