"This hotel is not really managed in any meaningful sense. Wifi went down for three days, which meant going off to another hotel to work. They gave me a carton of orange juice by way of apology! The lady at reception also didn't know that only one of the POS machines works for international cards so lots of time wasted try to make a payment. "I booked this reservation on this site & I think this is 419. here are my reasons. 1. This place is a shortlet apartment and not a hotel. Very misleading, its like calling Airbnb a hotel. So imagine to my surprise upon arrival, i was asked for the code to enter the estate whereas i was expecting to be stepping to the front desk and getting checked in.
