"The front desk was exceptionally professional. The annex where we stayed safe as well. But. The room didn’t have any space to put your clothes or suitcase and that was concerning. "This place is gorgeous! View of the lake from our patio, nice walking trails and piers, the lobby is stunning too. There are little plants they grow in their sustainable garden that you can buy (I took a little fern home and a stuffed eagle plush from the gift shop). The beds were so comfy! Lots of pillows and they weren't the cheap kind like some hotels have. I also loved the towels in the bathroom!!!! They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower, and they were all good....

Only disappointment was we booked using Expedia; rate was good and when I got my receipt after stay; it was regular price; not the Expedia price. Big difference in cost. Not sure how to dispute this but worth mentioning. We would stay at the facility again; but will need need to confirm pricing beforehand. "
