"Do not travel during a holiday or event.
They had a car rally while we were there...very busy...traffic was bad.
Hotel lifts were down so we had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs.
The hotel was centrally located walking distance to everything.
Rooms were efficient .
Night club behind the building.
Stayed open until 2am.
If you are a light sleeper go elsewhere.
Hotel bar and restaurant was excellent."

"The room was very comfortable and clean. Our only critique is that the towels were a bit skimpy and there was no face-cloth, despite only supplying liquid soap. The lobby provides plenty of space for gathering and the location is excellent. Ample parking for those arriving with a car. "

"This small hotel is a few minutes away from the bustle of Killarney, and it is quiet and well-maintained. The desk clerk was very helpful at check-in. The restaurant requires reservations, but the small pub has a good variety of excellent choices for dinner. Breakfast is very good, with a variety of options available. Our room was spacious and clean, and we would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel seems to have had a recent face-lift, so everything looks good.
Location of this hotel is amazing, especially for folks on a relaxed trip.
The restaurant staff were very good - attentive and quick to address any requests. The made to order breakfast was way more that we could do justice to & was served piping hot - a truly good meal.
Based on my checkin experience, the check in staff seemed to be relatively new to their work. They did not know where my room was and asked me room...

"Loved the ambiance and staff. The room amenities were a bit dated specifically the lack of charge plugs and the 2 faucet bathroom fixtures. Otherwise, a nice stay."
