"The villa was a stand alone. It was very nice and clean. I did not like the hotel charging us extra for every towel with make up stain that was wrong and i felt exploited because it could have easily been washed off. Breakfast wasn't that great."

"Excellent location in the heart of old town. Quick access to affordable, authentic cuisine. Property is well maintained and staff are friendly. Breakfast is a nice bonus too.
Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in Chiang Mai to consider Jomkitti boutique."

"Rooms were large! Pool was small but nice to lounge in. The property is quite close to multiple night markets and like 60 temples.
I paid for taxi pickup/return and breakfast with the room, both of which were quite good. A small way to improve breakfast might be to have some small signage for the dishes that may be unfamiliar to foreigners- I saw a few people who didn’t know what congee was for example."

"８泊の間、とても居心地よく過ごせ、完璧なホテル。ロビーの冷蔵庫の水の瓶、コーヒーメーカーは自由に使えます。テーブルに置かれたクッキーやバナナ、冷蔵庫のフルーツやスイーツなど、ちょっとしたオヤツも嬉しかったです。部屋のクーラーはよく効き、シャワーはやや水圧は弱いものの、熱いお湯が出ます。ベランダの物干し場もよく乾きます。ミニ冷蔵庫、使い捨てスリッパ、綿棒、歯ブラシの用意もあります。唯一気になったのが、浴室のカビ臭、トイレの臭いです。廊下やプールの声は聞こえますが、それ以外は静かです。毎朝、鳥たちの美しいコーラスが聞こえます。
朝食は毎日、日替わりのおかず、スイーツが5〜6種類、パン、フルーツ、サラダ、ヨーグルトもあります。コンビニも通りに出て右にセブンイレブンが見えており、左に歩けばレートはよくないですが、近くに両替もあります。レンタルバイクを停める場所にも困りません。"

"L'hôtel était parfait, bien situé, propre, le personnel était courtois et avenant.
Nous avons eu une chambre de 12 places, très grande, mais les douches étaient désuètes et fonctionnaient partiellement.
Le seul autre bémol est le fait qu'on nous vend beaucoup d'excursions avec compagnie (beaucoup plus chers que si on y va pas nos propres moyens).
Le déjeuner est excellent, mi-anglais, mi-thailandais et change à chaque matin.
Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation."

"L’hôtel est très vieillissant et mérite une rénovation complète. Le parquet est très abîmé, la peinture est dégradée et les meubles sont usés la porte d’entrée grince. L’ensemble donne une impression de manque d’entretien.
Le plus gros problème reste la literie. Les matelas sont extrêmement durs, comme des briques. Avant notre arrivée, j’avais demandé s’il était possible d’avoir un matelas moelleux, mais je n’ai jamais reçu de réponse. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons visité la chambre et constaté...

"The location was great and centrally located to everything we needed. We hired a private driver to go to further out of town. Unfortunately, our bathroom would flood every time that we took a shower and pools under the tiles. Mud would squirt out every time we walked in the bathroom. The hotel lost water for some hours during one day of our stay but we took that time to go to the laundromat. The hotel is definitely an older building. Breakfast was not worth it.
