"Staff were fantastic . Unfortunately plumbing went awry and our.room stunk of sewerage,getting so bad we had to ask the move rooms. Staff were happy to accommodate this but we had to ask as the cleaning staff just acted like the room was fine. No hot water on the last day. Quiet and out of the way but obviously has both some teething and ongoing maintenance issues. These things ruined our stay there."

"We are a family of four with two teenagers and we had a wonderful stay. The room was huge, comfortable beds, very hot shower and the in-room drinking water filter was fantastic. Service was impeccable. Location is unbeatable. The breakfasts were outstanding - beautiful and delicious vegan meals. We are very much carnivores, but we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts.
