"They supposedly didn’t know we were coming, there was a mouse in the toilet, the floors had not been swept, they had a bunch of food and in the freezer and fridge, liquor had been out, no wifi or service, the bed sheets were dirty, no curtains on any of the windows, the doors and ALL windows were unlocked when we got there but the didn’t know we were coming? "Absolute nightmare with BATS flying inside the property at night causing us to panic and lock ourselves in the bedroom, which was the only room with a door. We were 4 adults and we had to huddle on one queen bed all night while the bats were flying all over the house! Even on check in, there were dirty wet towels on the floor, trash in the bins, beds were slept in! No cleaning was done after the last guests checked out.
