"Check-in was easy; we got to check in early, and the clerk waived the early check-in fee. We got to our room and started unpacking, and the couple who checked in behind us used their key card to open the door to our room! We were all shocked! They had been given keys to our room with our room number clearly written on the card holder. "I stayed in a Deluxe room and was disappointed with its condition. The shower water pressure was extremely poor—it was more of a drip than a shower. It also took an unusually long time for the hot water to come through.

"this hotel was nice all around and staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a great view of the M mountain. the room was spacious and clean and comfortable bed and pillows.
