"Stayed over for 2 night prior to our cruise. Great staff and we enjoyed the complementary breakfast. We got what we paid for. The pillows are the flattest pillow my head has ever laid on, almost non existent lol. The Hilton can definitely do better. Other than that, it was a good stay prior to our cruise."

"We had no issues at all, we had an issue with the in room safe and was sort of fixed right away. The property is a little dated, however think of where we were, smack in the middle of the Art Deco district. The property has a lot of charm, the location is great, again South Beach right in the Art Deco district. Overall a great experience, the manager Alexandra, was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely return."

"Hotel charged me additional $80 for 2 nights which was not mentioned in the offer. Also smell in the room was bad, probably because of mould in Air Conditioning. Good I stayed for 2 nights only, if it was more I wouldn't be satisfied at all. Room was relatively clean except the windows. Also room cards didn't work, I was advised not to keep it close to phone or wallet, but where else I should keep it? I tried to keep it away from all devices in my bag but it was too close anyways."
