Plus the fact they couldn’t locate my Expedia reservation check in took well over half an hour. "We always stay here and will continue to stay here. Great staff here and location is walkable to many places. Only recommendation is to change check out time to 1100 or 1200: currently it’s 1000 which is a bit early still. Overall a great place to stay "

"Clean and quit Hotel a little further from the center of city Marianské Lazně. But local Bus station is just by the hotel... Nice garden restaurant. Wellness proogram is offered also... Very very good breakfest and food service in restaurant. Pleasant and helpful service in reception and also in restaurant. Hotel parking is paid, but also for bicycles :-("

"We had a very pleasant night staying in the main hotel building that dates from the late 1800s. The complex is quite large, with an indoor equestrian rink, a bar, a restaurant, a spa, and a large event room. The breakfast buffet contained a bit of everything so everyone was able to find a breakfast. The decor is traditional, everything was well maintained, and the bed sheets were nice. "Nice place and nice stay. It is high up so if you plan to walk you will have some uphill climbing. Breakfast was good. Spa hours shorter on weekends so plan accordingly. One issue if you have a room without a terrace it is difficult to get air into the room due to the design of the windows and it can get hot when the sun is on your side of the building."

"Alles wunderbar. Auf Sauberkeit könnte ein klein wenig mehr geachtet werden. Auch sind hier und da kleine Reparaturen notwendig. Ansonsten war alles bestens, in der Ferienwohnung findet man alles was man benötigt. Super mit Kindern. "

Das hübsche Hotel (Fachwerkhaus) und auch das daneben stehende kleine Restaurant (eine Art Blockhaus) sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail und Geschmack eingerichtet worden und sehr gemütlich.
