"The hotel does not operate under the name Rift Valley hotel but rather Caneth hotel although the company appears to be the same. The phone number does not exist. 5 of us booked 5 rooms individually and paid through hotels.com. When we arrived at 6pm they had no rooms for any of us. Still unclear as to the real reason why this occurred as they had a printed email with my booking details on it.
