"Well, we had to be moved four times to different rooms first time.The room next to us was playing loud music.That was ridiculous.The second room we walked in dirty towels on the floor bed unmade, the third row, we go in everything looked fine.We started unpacking, and I went to the restroom.Just to pee and come out, get our suits on.And i'm like, is that toilet running?And there was water everywhere, all over the floor like just the whole floor is covered in water. "Our stay was very nice. Everyone was friendly. We signed up for the shuttle to the airport the night before, but in the morning they didn’t even check the list, and there must have been 20 people waiting for 10 seats. Luckily we made it on, but don’t know why they have you sign up but then don’t use the list."

"The restaurant did not have the wine on the menu and the staff did not know what to do and had no clue what wine was what. The chef called in and they didn’t have a good back up plan. Poor waiter was trying his best and the manager had no clue, but tried. Rooms was super clean!"

"The hot tub was not working properly because they did not heat it up prior to guests arriving. I am in the property management industry and have been for over 14 years and I had to make sure I include that in my conversation for them to heat up the pool. Multiple guests complained about this as well. I will not be returning. Not to mention the internet kept going out and we could not watch tv. "

"We have used this Country Inn and Suites since it opened for a quick night's rest when going to the Airport. Although it's starting to show its age, it is always clean! What we love best is the staff there! On our last 2 stays, Sarah (front desk /driver /replenising pool and food items) has been kind and accommodating. She handles the pressures of her multi-position job with grace and a smile! I wish they did offer a "grab and go option" for breakfast, though ... Especially with early flights....
