"Two horrible things happened to our team (6 rooms total): 1. On Oct 12, Sunday. They were celebrating independence day and the discoteque in the hotel played the loud music until 5am in the morning. None of us could sleep until then!!! 2. They did not honor Expedia rate that we booked. They claimed they couldn't find the reservation even though we already gave them our confirmation number. Not staying there ever again!!! I hope Expedia would review and remove them from the platform. ...

When we arrived at the hotel they did not know we were checking in (despite me showing the confirmation email and that I had booked weeks before the check in date). They had to call someone before they gave us a room. When they did give us a room it had very limited electricity, no working AC or fan, and worst of all NO WATER.
