"The staff was generally friendly, but support was limited. At times they seemed overwhelmed or had difficulties understanding requests. The room cleanliness did not meet expectations.
The hotel overall appears quite worn and in need of renovation. The bathroom was not in good condition, with poor drainage causing the entire floor to flood when showering. Some areas felt neglected. The balcony door initially could not be locked and had to be fixed. Towels appeared to be reused rather than...

"Perfect location, near to everywhere, opera and river only 5 min walking distance, a lot of restaurant and convenient market around the hotel.
This hotel have a lot of potential but lack in details:
Hard spring bed
No rubbish bin in the room (only at bathroom)
Shower head spray everywhere
No mirror in the room (only at bathroom)
No place to put the shirt on bathroom
If the hotel fix those problem, i believe it will be comfortable and affordable place to stay
