Basic room, all ok, great breakfast included, allowed is to have the dog with us in the conservatory/dining area which meant we could eat as a family which was great. Would stop again 👍"

"A simple but practical hotel with good size bed. The breakfast offerings were good - cold cheeses & meats, breads, pastries, cereals, hot drinks and freshly squeezed juice. Unfortunately no onsite evening food options, but there are enough close by to make up for that. Plentiful onsite parking."

"The hotel recently changed the name from Brit Hotel to Best Hotel. This was worrying when we could not find Brit Hotel."

"Outstanding hotel, with very exciting decor. The large car park in a quiet area is safe and easy to use. The hotel has a small, immaculate bar area and an attractive restaurant serving good, reasonably priced meals. The separate breakfast room is also good with an excellent breakfast selection of cereal, pastries, cold meats/cheeses and hot food. If you need one night before visiting Monet’s garden (about 10 mins drive) then this is highly recommended."

"The hotel has just been refurbished and comfort is AAA. Our room had great views. The location on the bank of the river is amazing. You can take your breakfast on the lawn next to the river. Splendid breakfast. Great service too. We'll be back!"

"Very authentic. Lots of decor and history. Didn't take the breakfast but the nice lady made me a cup of coffee which I enjoyed while watching the mist on the river with the fish jumping in the early hours of the morning."
