"My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. When I checked into my room, I discovered that one of the beds was wet with what appeared to be urine. In addition, the carpet throughout the room had a strong urine odor. This was unacceptable and made the room feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. I expected a clean and properly inspected room before check-in, but that was clearly not the case. "This hotel had a lot of character, it’s unique because of the historic features throughout. Tons of locations to take beautiful photos . Staff were very welcoming and accommodated our needs well. Overall, we had a terrific stay and would gladly choose The Horton Grand Gaslamp Quarter again!"
