"I booked a room for 4 adults and a child, when I got to the room I realized there were two beds, went down to the front desk requesting a roller bed they told me they couldn’t provide me with one since they are not allowed to put one into the room, I asked her why they allowed me to book a room for this many people and they said rooms are not about amount of people, just rooms, I asked them what to do and they just said, book another room and pay for it, interesting!"
