"Lovely staff, very helpful. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Bottles of water everyday was appreciated. Clean, soft linen and a very comfortable bed. Walking distance to sights, the beach and great local restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel, excellent all round."

"Had issues with my credit card payment at the front desk reception. Apparently they only allow pin transaction credit card, no signature transaction. Fortunately, I had a local there to help me to pay first. Many mini cockroaches found in the room toilet and areas beside the bed, despite after changing my room once. Overall the hotel is very run down and had a bad odor especially from the smoking rooms level. Avoid the smoking rooms. Staff and service are quite prompt to requests and...

"No nearby restaurant, just dine in at the hotel's restaurant During check in, the staff urge me to upgrade the room, of course more expensive than what i've paid during online booking. After check in, i asked for extra towels, the staff said they will give only 1 towel. I said "I paid for 4-guest room, so how come we can only have 3 towels?" and finally, they gave us 2 extra towels. lol"
