There is another guest bill and medicine left in my room (probably from the previous guest). They didn't change my towels during daily seervice. They didn't change the body wash which is almost empty."

"If you got city view room, Despite others say it's noisy coz of the highway, it's really not once you're on the bed. The room has a sturdy office desk with multiple plug on top, and a Ikea office chair. Honestly it's a Plus. Tv programs are only local channels and radio station. However, the wifi speed is slow. "３泊しましたが、毎日ベッドメイキング、タオル入れ替えに加えて水を２本補給してくださったのが大変よかったです。早朝4時頃のチェックアウトにもご対応いただき、助かりました。海外からの訪問なので勝手がよくわからなかったのですが、アイロン台の使用について貼り紙があれば使用してみたいと思いましたし、夕飯の予約もしていなかったのですが、追加料金を払えば利用できるのかどうかが分かれば嬉しかったです。ホテルとしてはとてもよかったです。"
