"A day before the check in I asked the receptionist if I can have late check out, & even ask if there is place to have shower before going to the airport. The staff was so helpful that I could shower in the roof top area near swimming pool. I approached the staff & told them that I just take a shower then he said use this toilet ma’am so I did after a few minutes the staff came & said you cannot take shower here bcoz we have private event but I told him why u said now so he left, no good water...

"I like the location close to everything. The security guards are very polite to the guests very nice gestures. The man in the reception name quino he made our stay very welcoming. The beds and pillows are comfy. The buildings are not high better for those who has fear of heights. Need a bit of paint on the inside the bathrooms cabinets but all in all very nice hotel. Definitely I will be going back to stay again."

"Amazing. Really friendly staff. Luxury clean room with all the amenities. Had the best night sleep so far in Manila. Definitely staying again. However won’t pay for the breakfast as for the same price I’d rather order off the breakfast menu. Buffet was limited but cooked well. Lots of activities here and a great set up. "
