"Ridiculous. I did not stay at this hotel becuase it was fully booked eventhough I had paid for it. And now that I requested for a refund, the hotel/expedia is not entertaining my request promptly. Called expedia a few times, and till date no service recovery. Do I need to keep making calls just so someone can look into the matter?!! "
