"The hotel was in a good area and the staff was helpful but the guests were an issue for us. There was a baby crying for a while overnight. There was a couple with small kids brought who brought their children into the gym to play on the equipment and run around, and some women got into the elevator and were vaping while my husband and kids were enclosed. The breakfast was dry but free I guess. No waffles 😢. "

"I’ve never written a review but this was my worst hotel experiences here. The photos look nice, but the reality is completely different. When we arrived, the room was not properly cleaned, there were piles of cigarette butts on the balcony and hair in the bathtub from previous guests, which was honestly shocking. For two people staying three days, we were given only one towel and a single roll of toilet paper. There is no mini fridge in the room, and the TV didn’t even have a remote control. If...

"Nothing beats Southern hospitality and the Embassy Suites tops my list. The staff were amazing. The accommodations exactly what we needed. My only ding is that i really wanted biscuits and gravy in the breakfast line up. With the exception of the made to order omelets, the breakfast was very close to what you can get at other hotels. "

"Wallpaper coming off in the bathroom. Shower floor extremely dirty. Shower faucet dripping onto metal tray was very loud. Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were old and hard. Not enough blankets."
