"The shower was not clean , there were used hand towels in the shower. No hand soap . No microwave that we could use close by. "

"I loved that they are right on the river walk and pet friendly. In the pet manual they give out at check in stated they want you to use the stairwell with your pets. They placed me on the 9th floor and didn't offer to take my luggage to my room. Needless to say I used the elevator, i just made sure that we were alone."

"My stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The property is cozy yet elegant, with breathtaking views that made every morning feel special. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. Kevin at the Front Desk was professional, kind, and made check-in seamless. Gabriel from Engineering was attentive and helpful, and Maria C., who serviced my room, did a phenomenal job, the room was incredibly clean, spotless, and fresh. You can truly tell the team cares about their guests and takes pride in what they do. The location is unbeatable, just one minute from the River Walk! Being able to step outside and immediately enjoy the beauty and energy of the River Walk was such a treat. And the breakfast area views? Absolutely stunning. Enjoying breakfast with that scenery made it even more special. The breakfast itself was top-tier — fresh, delicious, and perfectly presented. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay comfortable, welcoming, and memorable. I will definitely be back again! 💕 Highly recommend! "
