"The room was clean, the location was great, the front desk personnel was professional and courteous, the breakfast was fantastic. The gentleman that was the porter was wonderful, he helped us with the luggage when we arrived from the ferry and got our luggage up several staircases where the cab picked us up to take us to the airport. He was kind, courteous, and very professional. "

"Couldn’t fault the hotel and the free porter service, as to reach the hotel involved 270 steps. Breakfast was lovely and the view from the hotel well worth the steps. We were also closest to the quieter beach which was lovely. Was just missing a kettle and tea & coffee facilities. We were close to nearby restaurants and was nice to be outside the main centre of Positano but was near enough to visit."

"I had a lovely stay at Hotel Royal Prisco in Positano! The room was spacious with a stunning view. The staff were incredibly kind especially Maria at the front desk. She even helped ship back clothes I accidentally left behind. Truly amazing service. Highly recommend!"

"This is an attractive, well situated hotel where the extraordinary staff were the key to an outstanding experience. The on site restaurant, Don Giovanni, is definitely worth checking out. Front desk assistance was friendly, thoughtful and competent. The property furnishings are very traditional, and it lacks certain modern touches, but it had everything needed for a lovely stay in Positano. "
