"Unfortunately, it wasn't as pleasant as I would have wanted it to be, the A/C in my room stopped working properly at midnight. A few ants were on my bed and bit me while I was asleep. I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "

"Poolen var ikke rengjort optimalt, men havde ikke betydning for os.
Ejeren og personalet var virkelig søde til at hjælpe med at booke turer til nationalparken mm. De gjorde alt for at sikre vi havde et godt ophold.
Værelset var stort og renligt.
Vi havde to overnatninger i forbindelse med tur i nationalparken.
Perfekt til vores behov. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Lala Mukha. The location is amazing, fantastic views, really peaceful but still easy walking distance to shops and restaurants (5 mins walk to the nearest 7 eleven). We were a bit worried as the resort hadn't responded to some messages I had sent with questions but I honestly think they are just not geared up to using email etc!
