"i tried to cancel a booking at least 5 days ahead of the booking and never received a confirmation from anyone. the room booked was handicapped rated and i’m not handicapped. i booked thru booking. com and the amount for the room $175.00 was deducted from my account. i also was given a contact number for the corporate office in finland to settle a dispute the charge. so now i have to go thru the dispute process no one ever called me back from the booking. james bartch"

"When we arrived, the hotel employees were on strike, which was not disclosed to us before our stay. The room we were initially assigned was directly above the picketing area, where union workers were using megaphones, drums, and banging pots and pans. The noise began around 5:30 AM each day and continued until approximately 6:00 PM, making it nearly impossible to rest, sleep in, or even take a nap during the day. When we first approached the front desk for assistance, the staff was not helpful....

"No complaints about how the hotel was clean and maintained, but the location is very far from anything like being isolated, one hour away from downtown & 10 mins away from the bus station. The shuttle service is very very poor, only available at the hour, we had to wait for 70 mins at the airport parking to get picked up & to call the service 3 times before the shuttle showed up!! The worst was the receptionist who didn't say the truth knowing that the shuttle is not coming but kept saying the...

"Helpful and friendly staff, but the person who checked us in was also vacuuming the lobby when we arrived. Nice initiative, but it speaks to understaffing. Not an attractive building - the parking lot is filled with cargo containers and the building itself appears to be undergoing exterior renovation. Kind of a creepy vibe. Breakfast was sparse - yogurt, waffles, prepacked hardboiled eggs. No meats, scrambled eggs, etc..."

"I was in the lower floor and couldn't get any sleep at all, really not a problem of the hotel kinda but the guy staying on the second floor kept walking all night long, and jumping or doing whatever the F he was doing, sounds from the top floor are cristal clear or other rooms, so if you have a light sleep better stay somewhere else, I had a pretty early flight the next day and it would of been almost better to just stay at the airport."
