"Staff across the board was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I have stayed at this location several times and never had an issue. The woman at check in seemed rude but had no issue with check in. "The bathroom was not properly cleaned—there was a previously used bar of soap left behind, which was very off-putting. The wall heating unit was extremely dirty, to the point where I didn’t feel comfortable turning it on and ended up keeping it off all night.
