"The hotel is obviously a low cost hotel, but it is in dire need of updating. Hallway carpets were pretty gross looking and the room didn’t even have a closet (it had a door for a closet, but only a pipe inside the door with nothing to hang clothes on). Lights would flicker and come on slowly when you’d turn the switch on. The AC worked but not very well. But it’s quiet and cheap, sufficed for a quick overnight stay for a wedding."

"Reported the Ceiling fire alarm was flashing way to bright at night when it dark at with curtains drawn. So could not sleep. The fix I discovered was to open the Window Curtains so that the Car Park lights reduced the flashing of the Ceiling light Fire alarm to an acceptable faint flashing light so that I could get to sleep. I reported the issue to the heavy set older lady with silver or gold or stainless steel glasses (poss the Asst Manager?)at the front desk that morning after 10 AM and she...

"The staff at front desk were rude! I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor from this property for over a week now! I paid the full bill for the stay in Expedia and Fairfield Auburn charged me AGAIN for the room and is now refusing to refund my money. On top of all of that, Expedia is refusing to assist. I will NEVER use Expedia and and I will NEVER stay at another Fairfield Inn. Your customer service is pathetic."

"Clean room and friendly check in. Location is great.. the Valero gas station next door is one of the locations of “baker’s dozen “… the local amazing bakery. Best bagels, breakfast sandwiches and coffee ever at great prices. Beds are comfortable and showers are hot. I’ll stay here again"

"Even though construction was going on , THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN, the INSIDE OF THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND SMELLED FRESH! The breakfast was amazing!! THE STAFF WAS AWESOME!! PARKING OK BUT OVERALL AN AMAZING STAY experience! We will be returning to this hotel when visiting my son and his family! Thank you all for such an amazing job and even though the construction was happening you all made us feel comfortable and made sure our stay was fenomenal! Thank you!!!"
