"This KOA was an amazing place to stay with plenty to do and close to great things to do in the Keys. Close to Key West, Big Pine Key and Marathon!

"I would not recommend staying at this motel if you expect any on-site assistance when problems arise.
The check-in process was completely online, and there were no staff members present at the property after the housekeeping employee left in the afternoon. Check-in itself was smooth, and we left our bags and went out. However, when we returned to our room later that night, we heard strange noises and eventually discovered a very large crab inside the room.

"Absolutely horrible stay. It took over an hour to get the key code. The place looks like an unfinished Boy Scout project. Everything is old and dirty and rusty . Cigarette butts on the beach. Everything is rundown and damaged. I don’t believe that there was even a credible architect building this place. I felt like I was in a horror movie.
Last but not least We found out that the place is for sale…..No wonder !"

"Everything the description states is inaccurate.
