"Room is clean though not the best. There are a few stains here and there but we can make do considering the remoteness of the location. Desert Garden is usually the first stop for any tours or pickup, which helps quite a lot. The flys can be irritating until winter sets in, so pls do bring a fly net for the tours and walks. Staffs are friendly and always ready to help."

"The area outside our room was dirty, dead leaves everywhere and thousands and I mean thousands of ants everywhere."

"The room was small, but had everything I needed. No lift, so if you have a problem with stairs, ask for a downstairs room. Short, easy walk to the town centre. Airport bus pick up at the door. Some of the local activities collect from Sails, which is just next door so also a short , easy walk away."

"The roperty is undergoing renovations, so the surroundings were not a good indication of how it would be. I was only concerned with the room and it’s facilities, which were perfect for my requirements."

"THE " Heavitree Gap Outback Lodge " was just such a refreshing place to stay at minimal cost. The staff at reception "LESLIE AND PAGE were so helpful and refreshingly honest in their attitude towards customers and their respective jobs. The cleaning and room preparation was excellent and the cleaning staff were most obliging in providing extra service if there was a requirement.. such as sugar, tea, milk, blankets etc. Kudos to the groundsmen for their efforts to keep all clean and tidy."
