"We had a problem with our ac and they were being rude saying it’s a hot day. Tried using ice machine and they weren’t working had to go to the fifth floor for ice we were on the second. We ended up having to use our two fans we use for our daughters sporting events in the room to cool the room down and it still didn’t help much. Asked to change rooms and was told they were booked. Staff seemed to not care about our complaint or any other customers we heard having issues."

"Late arrival and was given an occupied room. I had to go two times to the lobby until the occupant called. Second try, the door to the room was open. Third try I was downgraded to only one bed, first floor with a broken window taped together. The room had trash from previous guest inside. I also saw two or three non—guests wondering the area. I should request a full refund!"

"Not a lot of amenities but room was excellent and property felt clean and well maintained. I had the most memorable and incredible time and the staff was helpful. It did take them a reminder to change the sheets after I had already requested it that morning and returned that late afternoon but they jumped on it and got it done fast after the second reminder. Breakfast was fantastic and I took full advantage of the coffee on tap."
