"I know that it is a busy and convenient location but the hotel is old and it is time for an update to change the smelly carpet and old, hard mattresses. We paid for and requested a double bed, but had to sleep in a king room with a pull out sofa. "This property needs to be addressed. The electricity went out during our stay only at the hotel. The food was bland and the mandatory breakfast coupons make the dining experience feel cheap. The staff - except the food staff - were loud and obnoxious. The last day of the stay my family and I were harassed and my mother was also harassed by male staff members. We applied a do not disturb to our room to protect our items while out, but cleaners still came in."
