"朝、ナポリに到着しホテルへ向かいチェックインまでの間、荷物を預かってもらった。スタッフの方は親切に待っていた私達を早い時間にも関わらず部屋に案内してくれました。　少し疲れていたので助かりました！ 立地は最高でした。駅に近いので移動が本当に便利！　向かえにスーパー、横にも小さな店がり便利でした。　毎日、清掃とタオルの交換があり清潔でした。　　残念なのは全室冷蔵庫が壊れてるので必要ならフロントのを使う様に言われた。面倒なので頼みませんでした。あと、照明が暗すぎました。これは私が目が悪いからかも　　　でも、とても快適に過ごせました！"

"Room was very clean and the AC worked great...VERY important in Naples. It is located feet from a major subway station and yards from 100 souvenir vendors. The staff was tremendously helpful and friendly. If we return to Naples, we will definitely consider staying here again. Nothing bad to say!"

"The area was in the industrial zone. Not a great area but close to the metro trains. You should see the out area before you book. The gym is closed, the patio deck also closed, a lot of Reno. Kind people but I would not stay there again. Bring your own water."

"We stayed in one of the anex rooms and it was an extre step to check in to the main office and then walk over and figure out all the entry codes. But once that was settled it was great. The room was beautiful with tall painted ceilings and windows. It was right in the middle of old town with a ton of restaurants and shops. I’d definitely stay again."

"We stayed here for practical reasons...it being close to the station and we had heavy bags. This served us well even though the hotel is not in the nicest of areas. "No WiFi in room 302 though they claim free WiFi. They knew that room never get any WiFi signal, still they lie. Very small shower room, fit for only a lean person. No support from the staff. 11 am in the checkout time, even 10 minutes delay will be charged extra, weird!! I went to this by seeing the brand of Best Western, but felt bad for staying there for 3 days with no WiFi."
