"Hotel is relatively new but maintenance isn’t easy with relatively high wear and tear from volume of guests. Reception staff are excellent. Swimming pool is really very small….. adds up to a few bath tubs. Beach is right across the small road so easily accessible. Note that the room items are placed in rather unusual locations, for example bathroom toiletries are found not in the bathroom but under the table in the bedroom and the telephone is not on the bedside table but affixed to the edge...

"No bar fridge in the room. Corners of the room were a little dusty. Other aspects were good. Towels changed daily automatically. "

"Upon checking staff was not helpful, I did put in remarks that i need a baby cot and it was not given . I have arrived midnight and the staff actually gave me a lecture on how to book the baby cot. I though keying in the remark is clear enough as a request, At the counter i have ask if there is a baby cot he just said yes, Enter room there was no cot, call reception using my mobile hp as room phone was not working the male staff gave me a long lecture about how to book a baby cot, I was pissed...

"Cozy, comfortable, easy to find food, good water pressure. Recommended for stay."

"The room is spacious and clean, good for big family, also able to cook in the kitchen. The big problem is the waiting for lift to going up and down take long time, only 1 lift available and very poor maintenance. Swimming pool poor maintenance and parking lot dark for other side."

"Ok for short stay. The room is dated and not well maintained. Both toilets leak from the back making the tile floor wet. High risk of someone slipping. Advised the reception about issue but only make empty promises to have issue resolved. TV reception very poor. No tea orovided."
