"Upon arrival check in was great. Booked a room on the third floor which was clean but had roaches. Front desk immediately came up to room with keys for another room. Ask me if they could see the bug and said that room would be exterminated. Moved to a higher floor and had no issues. Be prepared to pay for parking. "

"Breakfast was awesome with so many options to fit any diet. The staff keep everything hot and fresh. The bed was comfortable but there was not enough space on the left side between the wall and the bed. For me it was not a problem,but someone very large would be tight"

"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only had one hiccup. Miss understanding about the shuttle service. But we addressed the problem & Bally’s makes it right. Room was a bit small & there’s no fridge or microwave. But other than that we had a very pleasant experience. My husband & I were extremely impressed with the staff. 👍👍😊"
