I reserved a 2 queen room and at check in they gave me a king bed only, did not tell me they switched it and when I showed them my reservation they told me it was my fault despite the reservation clearly showing 2 queens! "Not worth the money. The overall experience was disappointing from start to finish. There was no staff available to assist when needed, which made even basic requests difficult. The electric switches in the room didn’t work properly, adding to the frustration. Housekeeping was essentially non-existent—no one came to clean the room during the entire stay. On top of that, the place was very noisy, making it hard to rest. Definitely not a place I would recommend."

"The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well.
