"Outstanding staff, compensating for a large property that has seen better days. The parking lot was rough with lots of weeds growing through, but it was well lit and I could easily view my vehicle from our room. Beds were very comfortable, but mattresses not flipped/turned enough as one side was firmer, flatter and more comfortable than the other. There were two large events that weekend, but neither imposed in any manner on our quiet stay. Small things, like an off kilter bathroom door...

"When I arrived late at night, the desk staff gave me a key as usual. One elevator was clearly stuck and there was a crowd so I waited 10 minutes to get to my room only to find it would not open. After trying for 5 minutes (checking my key worked on another door, throwing my body weight into the door twice, messing with the handle), I go back downstairs and there's no one at the desk. I have to wait another 5 minutes for someone to return, and they tell me the particular room they assigned me...

"This hotel offers food in the evening plus 3 free adult beverages. I was unable to take part as we were in town for a concert and needed to be at the venue during the hours this was offered. Hotel was clean and in a nice area"

"Super convenient location for our downtown activites. Underground parking was great, but a little pricey ($40/day). It did have in and out privileges. The room was super clean and spacious. The breakfast was great. The front desk staff were very helpful when we came into the lobby soaking wet after getting caught in a downpour at the Indians baseball game. She saw how dripping wet we were, got towels and a plastic bag to take home our wet clothes. Thanks so much"
