"This is a nice place to stay while visiting Mongolia's capital. It has everything a traveler needs with all of the amenities of a typical Japanese-style hotel. Great bathroom and decent TV offerings. Check-in and check-out times are a little late and early, respectively, but this is also (frustratingly) common for Japanese-style accommodations. The breakfast wasn't anything to write home about, but it was filling for a day of touring the city or taking an excursion. Be forewarned that this hotel...

"The staff were pleasant and helpful but the hotel was badly maintained and the building was not soundproofed. It was very noisy even when other guests were doing perfectly reasonable things such as using the bathroom. There were parties during the night and the restaurant generated a lot of noise. Not a good place to visit if you like sleep!"

"The hotel staff was wonderful, especially the reception desk and the housecleaning staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts at the Millenium Restaurant were very good, though it was crowded when tour groups were in attendance. They should consider extending their hours to accommodate more people and adding more staff to clear tables quicker; the restaurant employees were working hard, but they were shorthanded. "Location is great, traffic makes it a bit noisy for street facing rooms. Staff was incredibly helpful, breakfast offered a very nice variety and the airport rides were always prompt. I would stay there again. Also, air conditioning was so great after hot Ulanbaatar days."
